Roe vs. Wade has been overturned. In a 6-3 decision authored by Supreme Court Justice Sam Alito, the U.S. Supreme Court found that the right to an abortion was NOT in the U.S. Constitution. Wisconsin is one of more than two dozen states where abortion will become illegal if Roe v. Wade is overturned. The U.S. Supreme Court appears poised to do that any day now. Abortion is once again front and center in Wisconsin’s race for governor. Gov. Abortion would be banned or severely limited in 23 states if the U.S. Supreme Court overturns Roe v. Wade, an analysis by the Guttmacher Institute indicates. “Changes to the makeup of the U.S. Supreme Court in 2018 raise the possibility that Roe v.
