Recent pieces in Politico and the New York Times have also noted the concerns Wisconsinites have around the conduct of our elections. That said, the authors of these articles all largely missed the forest for the trees, and some have tried to turn our state into a punchline. They revel in the opportunity to paint any concerns about the conduct of the 2020 election as conspiratorial – which is especially rich following years of some of these same outlets trying to convince America that Russia won the 2016 election for President Trump (even as charges are still being filed for that actual consp

Intra-party infighting is occurring within the Republican Party of Wisconsin. Infighting occurs, especially after success but there are several principles in group dynamics that are being ignored by Party officials. That is at the heart of the division. Anybody who understands group dynamics knows that keeping everybody together in a group or movement is a never-ending challenge. Whenever there is human interaction, which is what group dynamics involve, there will be the potential for conflict. That conflict has to be managed. If it is not or it is ignored things will unravel and fast. People involved in any type of group or movement will not always agree on everything. Addressing the grievances of those who have a different view on things is paramount. People have a desire to be heard in group dynamics. It doesn’t matter how wrong or uninformed they might be. By Edgar Zaragoza Wisconsin’s private school choice program has benefited my family and—through my work at the Green Bay Area Catholic Education School System (GRACE)—I’ve personally seen it change the lives of hundreds of families for the better. Why not bring the blessing of choice to more families? About a decade ago, I worked at a public school, but hoped for a different quality of education and faith-based environment for my oldest daughter. By asking many questions about our options, I learned about Wisconsin’s School Voucher Program and applied for it through GRACE. When we received a voucher, I thought the benefit of it was so great, it must just be for a single year. Upon learning we could renew the voucher until my daughter graduated, I was amazed. What I thought a decade ago, I still think today: All families deserve to know about this choice program’s benefits.
